Meet Rachelle Davidhizar

Rachelle Davidhizar is the proud owner of Reflections at Oro Grande, a boutique residential care home where luxury and compassion live side by side. With a Master’s Degree from Loma Linda University and over 30 years of experience as a licensed social worker, Rachelle brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, heartfelt care, and community advocacy to every detail of the home.

Throughout her career, she has supported countless seniors and families through the emotional complexities of hospitalization, home care, placement, and long-term planning. Her mission has always been clear: to create a space where seniors feel safe, seen, and cherished—and where families experience peace of mind.

Rachelle has collaborated with hospitals, home care providers, and hospice teams, and has trained organizations across the region to better understand and serve aging adults. Reflections at Oro Grande is the embodiment of her lifelong vision: a warm, beautifully appointed setting where attentive, heart-led care is more than a promise—it’s a way of life.
